DACA

DACA or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

At this time, due to federal court orders, USCIS is accepting requests to renew a grant of deferred action under Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). USCIS is not accepting new cases (applications from those who have never before been granted deferred action under DACA).
The Supreme Court started hearing oral arguments on November 12, 2019, regarding the fate of DACA program. The Supreme Court may make a final decision in Spring of 2020.
